Returns Policy
Bike Parts Direct will accept returns within 15 days of the purchase. Goods MUST be returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us within 10 days of return notice. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless items are being exchanged. Any exchange refund amount is subject to the 15% restock fee.
Cancellations may be charged a fee to compensate for any CC fees Bike Parts Direct has incurred (typically 3%)

Wrong Items
If you have received an incorrect item it may be returned for exchange or refund. In an instance where an incorrect item has been received Bike Parts Direct will pay for the return shipping. You must contact us at sales@bikeparts-direct.com for wrong item returns.
Warranty
We offer replacement warranty for items Dead on Arrival and a 30 day warranty through Bike Parts Direct for products sold by us. Beyond 30 days, please reach out to us and we can give you the best course of action for warranty claims through the manufacturer. Shimano and others are very good about backing their products, especially when there is a known issue. (Extremely rare)
We typically ship within 24-48 hours (sometimes same day!). Please contact us for expedited shipping methods, especially if you have an event that you really need your parts quickly.

Product Packaging
We typically will ship items in retail packaging, but occasionally we will need to remove items to reduce shipping costs, especially for shipments on the east and west costs. All items are brand new and not refurbished, and you can request we ship in original packaging if you agree to pay additional shipping costs.
International Shipping Charges
We are currently not accepting international orders.

Chose any appropriate options for the item and choose add to cart. You can continue shopping until you are ready to proceed to the checkout area.
Out of stock or Backordered items?
If an item is out of stock, we will communicate a new delivery date and you may decide if you would like to continue with the purchase. Some items that are deemed “special order” will be allowed to be backordered even if not in stock. These items will typically take 5-10 additional days to receive.

You will be required to enter all pertinent customer details. If it will not allow you to move onto entering payment info, it is likely you have a field missing in this portion of checkout.
– We have multiple payment options, however if you would like to use a bank transfer, we can save you the typical CC fees, and reduce the total price of your order by 2-3% typically.
– No Cash, Checks or Money Orders are accepted at this time.
